Abstract :

In this paper we discussed SIRS epidemic model with vaccinated compartment and saturated incidence rate. A fertility reduction factor has also been introduced. We assume that the vaccination leads to only temporary immunity. The stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium is obtained. Numerical simulations are carried out for different values of parameters to understand the transmission behaviour of the disease.
